Notes:

Good Cerebral captain for new players without better options, those being Invasion Shanks and Raid Rayleigh, which are much harder to farm for people starting out.

As a sub, he has good stats and his special is a weaker version of Legend Issho which can be helpful against certain content, like bosses with Resilience buff.
