Notes:		Ok stats, 1.75x ATK boost at 14 CD is not bad, and free heal is fine, too. The only issue is that Free Spirits have several other RRs with similar options to choose from, and Ace's still seems weaker then the most popular Brook Straw Hat Pirates: Born Again, who also boosts Slashers, delays opponents, has better stats, and who, because of his popular captain ability, is going to be more likely a priority for sockets. In other words, if you have no other choice, Ace is fine (and better than F2P colo Roar of the Sea Scratchmen Apoo On-Air Pirates Captain), but there are arguably slightly better RRs (particularly Brook).
