Notes:		Quite useful, unless you have full anti-bind/despair sockets. Even then she can help in cases where you get more than 3 turn duration. Situational, yes, weak stats, yes, but sometimes, crucially useful - yes. Pretty much like Nico Robin Straw Hat Pirate, but she can be much more easily socketed and special'ed up (while farming for Z). This character comes from an event (Clash!!
