Notes:		Yes, his special is usable, but only until you get Double Crosser Django and Django is pretty easy to get, and his special is also easily maxable as Django's books are common. Granted, the mob sockets are easier to get, and his special is even easier to max, and they are virtually identical in stats - but as weak as Django is, his ATK is almost a 100 higher. It is still very weak, but all other things equal, he is a better unit in the long run, replacing this mob. Of course, if you are a new player, don't have Django and get Victoria Cindry, you may actually run this unit for a while. As far as mobs goes, this one is therefore usable - up to a point.
