Notes:		Pairs with Kaku: Six Powers Cipher Pol No. 9 for full-orb board, but is totally replaceable by better RR unit, Capone Gang Bege Weak, generally sell or feed. Yes, generally orb convertors have some use, but he is very inferior when compared to Capone. Yes, his special has lower CD, but for speedruns, Capone is usually enough, and the stats matter a lot. Generally, if your Capone special is close to 10, this grunt becomes trash. Could find some super-niche use in some striker-only restricted mission, I guess. Is only useful in the beginning, and as he was only added when Little Garden came out, he was quickly made obsolete
