Notes:		Weak. Rarely usable except on total newbie teams which cannot afford characters due to cost restrictions. Yes, orb conversion is generally useful, but virtually all advanced teams will be using Tyrant Bartholomew Kuma Government Human Weapon. Now, granted, being able to farm Kuma means being pretty advanced, but this grunt's special is so limited it is simply not needed for anything, really. Fire Pearl has the same special (effect-wise, different name so not usable for skill ups), and higher stats. More difficult to socket, but who cares, neither is really usable.
