Notes:		While he is generally inferior to Donquixote Doflamingo Warlord of the Sea, he does have a faster CD. More importantly, you should be able to farm for him much earlier than for Doffy, so many new and intermediate DEX teams will use him until late game when the get their Doffy's special CD down to reasonable levels. Also, he is a DEX fighter, which for some teams (ex. Knight of the Sea Jinbe Ex-Royal Seven Warlords of the Sea) may be a better fit than Doffy. Mostly replaceable by Carina Gold Ship Songstress, because she has three easy to fill sockets. But of course, they are only easy to fill when Clash!! Tesoro is around... and if you can farm it. This character may be needed for missions on his story island, but currently it is unknown when, if ever, such missions will be released.
