Notes:		Weak. The only useful thing is that he randomizes block orbs, but that isn't really that useful. Super niche at best, generally box-space taking junk. This character comes from an event (Golden Lion Pirates’ Attack!) which IS a recurring event but it follows a non-standard pattern. See Feature Film Frenzy for details.
