Notes:		Captain Ability will reduce your HP by 10% when in effect. Very good ATK stat. Ok special for STR and INTs, but STR can do it better with Monkey D. Luffy A Pirate Who Lives by His Code, and INT with v2 Robin, so hmmm, not that impressive, unless you are running a STR/INT only crew, and that's rare. Captain ability is interesting, but rather dangerous to rely on. Overall, ok but not a must have, and less interesting than his raid version.
