Notes:		This character, or any other variation of Hina, is needed to complete a mission on Missions: Baratie. Unfortunately, over time her usefulness has diminished, with units like another FN boss, Slimmed-Down Wapol and RR Iceburg Water 7 Mayor/Galley-La President offering similar, and RR Leo Tontatta Corps Leader, strictly better special. She has seen some use in QCK/Fighter/Cerebral teams after she was released, but locking slots was never a great strategy, since if you burst, you usually want to finish in one turn. Wapol's FN offers better books, so she rarely gets maxed these days, as there is usually something better to farm. Unfortunately... Hina is just not good enough these days.
