Notes:		Pretty niche: weak stats, super niche character ability a la super-nerfed Sengoku, not really useful for anything (maybe for a ranking once a year?). His special is ok, but even so, not good enough to be needed. He can be rarely seen as a sub for some Sengoku teams going against INT bosses, but usually there are more useful subs.
