Notes:		He is ok in early game, where he can lead an INT team, through frankly, you'll probably be clearing content with Luffy or Zoro, if not some RR unit. Relatively low stats means he sees little play otherwise, and his special is very situational: ok, you can combine him with Tony Tony Chopper Brain Point/Broggy and Category:RCV Slot Change INT character or Machvise Donquixote Pirates for full board orb control, it is just their stats (Machvise excluded) suck too much to be worth it for mid to late game content
