Notes:		Not bad. Compared to staple Raid Zephyr, you get 2.x vs 1.75x boost, but just for 1 turn, which means you won't be benefiting from two turns burst that Shooters do. So he doesn't replace good old Z, but sometimes you can only get 1 turn, and this i where Byrndi shines.
