Notes:		This character is needed to complete a mission on Missions: Shells Town. For a long time, he was a VERY useful unit, the only with a special that sets enemies DEF to 0. Sure, he was always hampered by low stats and crappy captain ability, but his special is top level. Useful for clearing high defense enemies, such as Alvida, Franky, and even more crucially, Hime Turtles. Also, 3 sockets, and he can be socketed through at least 2 Fortnights (Morgan's and Cobiemeppo's). However, CD=20 hurts, and once you get one of the newer units (usually, RR) that are faster (CD) and stronger (stats-wise), good old 'meppo won't see that much play. He is the easiest to get total def reducing unit. Others: Manticore, Elizabeth Straw Hat Pirates Conspirator, Franky 20th Anniversary Memorial Treasure, Captain Buggy Unbeatable Chop-Chop Man. The RRs are generally superior, but let's not forget good old 'meppo is F2P. Recommended sockets: Charge Special, for speedier runs. Auto-heal also helps there. Orbs, Anti-Despair or Anti-Lock for the third.
