Block Slot Manipulator

Characters who have 'Block Slot Manipulator ability can change orbs to [BLOCK] or from [BLOCK] to another orb.

Characters with this ability should also be added to the Slot Change category. Characters who have Slot Change are not necessarily Block Slot Manipulators though. They must be able to specifically change [BLOCK] slots to be added to this category as well.
