Rare Recruit

Some characters are not always able to be pulled in a rare recruit pull. Sugofest characters are only available for a limited period of time and are announced in the news feed when you log in. No one knows when they'll be announced in advance besides Bandai employees.

Other events, such as Sweet Valentine or Pirates In Bloom events had limited time characters like Brook Cherry Blossom Melody or Tashigi Marine Officer: Flower of Justice. These characters can only be pulled during these special events and in the Rare Recruit option.
