Skills

A listing of Skills in One Piece Treasure Cruise. These skills may be a result of a Captain Ability or a character's Special attack. There are effects that can sometimes exist as both a Captain Ability as well as a Special Move such as Loss Prevention and Healing. These can sometimes lead to confusion. Please refer to each individual category to understand when a character should be added to the category and refer to the individual character page for more information on how the skills take effect.
