Notes:		Pretty good for new players, as a mini-healing Eneru. To weak for any serious use by the time you get to intermediate/advanced content, through if you have no other poison-removers, he can be a niche sub. As a poison remover, replaceable by better RR Emporio Ivankov Revolutionary Army, and for Bind/Despair, by sockets or Ain Neo Marines Vice Admiral. Yes, he is the only character to combine both of those abilities into one special, but that has never been needed, really - you generally want one or the other.
