Notes:		Weak. The special is not terrible, but is very niche and there are strictly better units (Blueno: Six Powers Cipher Pol No. 9, not to mention some RRs), so he never sees any play. This character may be needed for missions on his story island, but currently it is unknown when, if ever, such missions will be released.
