Notes:		F2P 2.5x ATK captain with a drawback and average special. Well, ok, if you are a new player you may find him useful, but pretty much he is comparable to Red-Haired Shanks. Ok when he was released, today he is pretty much only good as sockets for more useful RR Frankies. However, his tandems are still usable is you get all the characters and make a specific team based around them. Unfortunately, said team would still be crippled by having a bunch of weak characters so... yep, as usual, tandems are just not worth even thinking about, as they have too many drawbacks.
