Notes:		A great rainbow slot booster during Treasure Map but niche otherwise. His Captain ability makes him like a weaker version of 6+ Judge, but since he's not Powerhouse you can't get everything out of the super-evolved Vinsmoke children's specials if you were to pair him with them.
