Notes:		Moderate stats leaning towards weak. Decent special - there are old RRs with worse (Mad Monk Urouge, I am looking at you. Captain ability might be ok for some super speed runs, but doubt it will see much use. Ok if you don't have a better Striker booster, but frankly, he is still inferior to F2P Sir Crocodile, the Strongest Prisoner Ex-Seven Warlords Member who has better stats and special (lower CD+poison).
