Notes:		A bit too weak for most cases, but two boosts in one can be useful sometimes - either allowing you a spot for some other character that usually wouldn't make it (ex. conditional damage) or helping with the enemies that limit the number of specials you can use each turn. On a Fish-Man Powerhouse team, Special conflicts with Daruma Fish-Man District Spirit and Ikaros Much Fish-Man District Spirit (1.75x vs 1.5x).
