Notes:		Weak stats, difficult to socket, useless as captain, and the special, hmm. Time delay is always good, halving damage for four turns is ok, but the bind sucks, since it limits your combo. Could use Nami Weatheria Cat Burglar to free him up, or use him against a boss that will lock/remove him anyway, though those are hard to plan for (often semi-random). Relatively niche, but could be useful on occasion.
