Notes:		As far as Raid Bosses go, Duval is a good if not outstanding character. Ok stats, special and CA. His 20% cut is not as good as 30%, but can come in handy, and his damage reduction is rarely needed, but again, can be occasionally useful. He is not a must have sub, but can be highly useful on some teams, ex. in all-DEX shooters. As for his CA, it is generally considered weak, but can be useful if you need a CD-reducing DEX zombie captain with a nice health cut special.
