Notes:		Also known as Young WB or YWB. As of the time he was released, had the highest HP cut in the game BUT with a MinCD=24 it's not that great outside Forests. 20% cut at 16 CD is ok but not great. The universal 2.5 ATK boost is good to an extent, it seems to be more of a gimmick meant to work with the Moby Dick ship. His stats are solid, but overall he is not as useful as later Invasion units. Nice to have, but not needed for anything in particular. During anniversaries or events where Marineford characters get boosted with some free starting CD, his usage may get significantly more interesting.
