Notes:		Relatively niche, through can see some use when dealing with super high def bosses. 6000+ HP healer when MAX Lv. with 100 RCV CCs is pretty good, and the extra damage from the chain multiplier boost can be helpful. Setting DEF to 0 is what is really interesting, as total def reduction is rare and this makes her a better-stat/special Cabin Boy Helmeppo and he is a life-saver sometimes. However, Franky 20th Anniversary Memorial Treasure is much better for a DEF reducer as he sets enemies' DEF to 0 for 2 turns instead of just 1, he also has better stats, and since they also have the same type/classes/cost, you would most likely want to go with Franky if you have them both.
