Escapee Morgan


Former Navy captain and Helmeppo's father. He ruled over Shells Town with an iron fist, striking terror into its citizens, before he was defeated by Luffy and captured by his own men. He later escaped while being transported to Navy HQ. Whereabouts currently unknown.

Notes:		Marginally useful for very new players because of his special and ok stats. In very early game, you may use him just for stats, particularly if you need STR subs, but in mid game, he would see play only if you need his special and don't have a better unit to fill the role. Also, by that time, you will probably have level 2 anti-lock sockets in most teams, making him totally obsolete. As for late game content, he is a joke - weak stats, weak special, terrible CA. Not to mention he is totally obsoleted by units like 5+ Robin (even her pre-SE version Nico Robin Straw Hat Pirate provides more utility).
