Notes:		Mostly useless. Weak stats, useless CA, difficult to socket. The special seems situational and on the surface, like it could be used in some situation, but I cannot think of a single mission where it would be useful, particularly given the existence of Tyrant Bartholomew Kuma Government Human Weapon. While there may be some super niche use of him (instead of Kuma for some Sengoku team, or for some speed run), he is barely worth keeping. Newbie's teams may keep him a sub until you get better STR/Striker/Powerhouse units. Same special, effect wise, as Armed Striker Unit Red Pirates or Yama.
