Notes:		Also known as Story-mode Franky. Note that after completing Tower of Justice ~ Gates of Justice you get his EVOLVED version (this one). Whether the evolved version's special is better than that of his pre-evolved version is disputable, through neither is really that useful, even on Sengoku teams. If you find either Frankly on any team clearing advanced content, do comment. Of course, his Super Evolved version Franky Rocket Launcher is 'best', but in practice, it also doesn't see much use (see comments on SE version for why). Good but not great stats, very niche special, and captain ability that's probably not that interesting by the time you get him, and too weak for advanced content. Super niche bordering on "just a socket for better Frankies".
