Notes:		A decent powerhouse captain, but best as a sub, particularly in the middle row where his special would be best utilized. With Big Boss Jinbe Neptune's Army Soldier: Ryugu Kingdom and Rob Lucci "Life Return" CP9's Strongest is one of the best powerhouse combos. Full match slots board, double slots effects, x2.5 chain multipler and x3.5 atk from Lucci. With the appropiate subs and friend is easy to do ~5 millions of damage or more in 1 turn. I recomendate a powerhouse character like Sanji's who can give you a x2 atk in this turn
