Notes:		Pretty good stats, AWESOME special. Unconditional 1.5x attack boost for all crewmembers (basically, F2P Sengoku special). CA can be useful for newer players (Again, F2P Sengoku (kind of)). With two as captain, you get your special charge time reduced by 4 turns, so he can be good for speed runs.
