Notes:		Your usual variety of RR changing 2 orbs to another color matching the character. Good for new players, who will also enjoy using him as a captain, but more advanced ones will usually rely on Gild. Tesoro Gold Ship Casino King or Garp the Fist+Mr. 2 Bon Clay Bombardier Arabesque for this in PSY teams. He can see use going against a boss that would give you all DEX/QCK orbs, but that still makes him a niche units. He is not helped by mediocre stats. Usable, but niche, and rarely seen in advanced teams. Combos with Izo Whitebeard's Sixteenth Division Commander for full PSY board. Superior special to Saber Major Navy HQ.
