Notes:		Good stats, ok captain ability, and weird (read: niche) special. 30x his ATK means about 45k, which is not a lot. It is not fixed, but it can bypass barriers and such. Since it is a very small amount, it is hard to see when it would be useful, through there is likely going to be a raid or coliseum where he will shine - if you figure out a good use for him, do post it. Superior to his story version, for what it's worth Being a delayer and DEF reducer, he allows for two separate conditional ATK boosters at once.
