Notes:		He is totally maxable, since he drops in quite a few places. He is usable if you need a fixed damage dealer, but let's face it - Sanji Diable Jambe Flambe is usually better, not to look to far. Dropping HP to 1 can be useful if you run WB or Croc, but usually you manage your health without the need for this kind of special. While his special does not affect Blackbeard, he can be used to get max damage with Man-Eating Bartolomeo's special, for extra burst damage. Sadly, he's not a striker character. Very niche bordering on mostly usless.
