Notes:		I remember when I started playing in early 2016, I saw Perona on the Top 10 character list somewhere. A year later, she is unlikely to make such a list, but she is still pretty good. Her stats are mediocre, and she is never used as a captain, but her special is top tier. It's like Iron-Mace Alvida Smooth-Smooth Fruit deluxe (and thus superior to Smoker's, although his is still nice to have if you want to survive consecutive hits). Her DEF down allows you to take those high def enemies, and so does her poison. She is good for new player Zoro-led DEX teams, and she has the occasional niche appearance on advanced player teams for clearing some difficult content. A good unit to have in one's toolbox.
