Notes:		Summary (as of November'19): Tier rank: 3.5/5 (Above average). Rather difficult to use as a captain, Tesoro's main claim to fame is being the best chain locker sub in the game. Captain ability: Average (4/5). 3.75x-4.5xx ATK boost is nice, but you cannot hit perfects, and choice of subs it tough. Special: Good (4/5). 3.25x chain lock, the highest in the game when he was released, plus assorted minor benefits. Limit Break Average (3/5). Nothing memorable here. Detailed review and other notes The highest chain locker available (as of Dec. 2018) He's designed so that you have to hit GREATs with the first five characters, then a PERFECT with the sixth to avoid having your ATK reduced and to get the additional boost from his CA. He's fairly difficult to make a team with due to needing at least one of every class on your crew. He can clear some tougher content, but he is hardly the first choice.
