Notes:		Weak stats, no CA, one socket, and weak special. Fixed damage is ok, but since he deals it to just a single character, it's not that helpful. Too slow for turtle/evolver farming, to weak to kill a Hime turtle... just like Foxy's crew in general: useless. This character may be needed for missions on his story island, but currently it is unknown when, if at all, such missions will be released at all.
