Notes:		QCK version of Hawk Eyes Mihawk. A little more HP and RCV, with a little less ATK. Also gains the Free Spirit second class. Even though their Specials work the same, Hawk Eyes Mihawk does NOT level up this version's Special. When compared to DEX Mihawk, Limit Break gaves DEX Mihawk, ironically, quite an edge over the Neo version. Upon completion, DEX Mihawk has 1 more socket, better stats, an added Slasher HP boost in its captain ability and potential abilities. This makes Neo: Mihawk a better choice in FS and QCK teams but outclassed by DEX Mihawk in most other teams, including slasher teams, as both subs and captain, even against some STR bosses if there are other QCK slasher units. With the addition of his limit break, compared to his DEX version, his ATK is slightly lower but his HP is a bit higher and RCV is much higher, as well as one more socket, and while they are both able to make RCV/TND slots count as matching post limit break, this version also gets STR slots to count as matching. Plus with pinch healing he allows for some extra stalling if necessary.
