Notes:		Summary (as of February'19): Tier rank: 3/5 (Average). Underpowered Slasher captain, gets better after super-evolution, but the main point is his unique and still solid special. Captain ability: Below-average (2/5). 2x-2.75x is now simply underwhelming, there are F2P units that are better. Special: Strong (4/5). Still unique and strong after all this years, Mihawk is really all about his special. Limit Break Weak (2/5). Sadly Mihawk doesn't get anything of much interest in his LB tree, just the usual and forgettable stat boosts and minor def reductions. Not a priority to LB unless you use him a lot and want to max his stats. Detailed review and other notes This character, or any other variation of Mihawk, is needed to complete a mission on Missions: Baratie. Really shines as a sub. Great for clearing stages after a burst round, annihilating resurrected bosses or entire stages.
