Notes:

Good character for powerhouse and free spirit teams, filling the slot effect booster role. Also useful for QCK teams, but those have plenty of other choices anyway (F2P Kaku Dock One Carpentry Specialist as well as Marco the Phoenix Whitebeard 1st Div. Commander and Heavenly Demon Doflamingo). And he is also totally usable as a rainbow 2.5x captain, too.

Thanks to Limit Breaks, he becomes the quickest 1.75x orb booster in game, with a 10 max CD, that allows him to be compensate for the weaker side of his special and can give him some play in quick runs and some forests.
