Notes:		Poison healers are niche but have their times, as do DEF=0 and paralysis reducers. Three niche uses still makes her niche, but she can totally see some play. Not really worth it to pull just for her, and with super limited availability she is not going to be a character people seriously consider for any kind of strategy. Maybe in few years she will be more easily available, through whether she will not be behind the power curve then is a good question. Weak stats don't help.
