Notes:		Generally weak, but he is a F2P 1.5x QCK booster... which would usually make him see some play, but since pretty much everyone uses Eneru, Lightning Incarnate 200,000,000 Volt Amaru, with whom even new players can infinity-stall... that explains why Kamakiri is pretty much never used by anyone, for anything. If you are a new player, you may use him until you get your Eneru, but from that point on... yeah. Pretty much trash. Also inferior to promo Zoro's Frigid Training.
