An admiral in the Navy. During the Paramount War, he attempted to kill Luffy, who was unconscious and in Law's care. Beckman stopped him just before he could go after Luffy, but he still shot beams of light at Law's submarine as it escaped into the sea.

Notes:		Honestly, kinda disappointing for a Treasure Map character. Sure he could pair well with Zoro/Sanji for a good attack and slot boost on an all DEX team when they're switched to Zoro, but TS Robin gives a higher boost and also boosts PSY units as well, even if it is for just 1 turn. Then there's his Captain ability, which requires 3 different types to get the chain boost, but then at least 2 of your units wouldn't get the boost from his Special because they're not the same type as him. Plus he doesn't help when your opponent rewinds specials even though he gets a sailor ability that reverse special rewind.
