Notes:		Good stats, ok special and weird captain ability. He is an RR-version of Dark King Rayleigh+Sengoku when it comes to his CA, but it is not a great combination and he doesn't see much play as a captain. Special works well on Monkey D. Luffy Voyage Dream: Pirate King/Ray-like teams, though as he only boosts himself he has niche usability as a sub, useful only against QCK enemies. Overall - ok, but not top tier. You will use him as a DEX / Slasher / Powerhouse sub until you get better units, and then he will become mostly obsolete in your box. His unevolved version is a decent option for low-cost rankings, so if you get a second copy, you may want to keep him for that reason. Can be used as a captain on FNs that have a cost restriction
