Notes:		Random slot change is meh, so is def reduction, as are his stats. His only good thing is that he is a 1-turn delayer and 9 CD. When the game was starting, this was enough to make Mr. 3 Extra Special Candelabra a sought-after unit for Slasher teams. Sadly, Lafitte comes much later, and being a PSY Shooter he is not impressive in since he has to compete with Usopp Usopp Golden Pound, and it's hard to imagine where his slightly better stats and weird effects would be worth the two extra turns Usopp brings.
