Notes:		A decent HP cutter, good against enemies that give all STR/PSY slots and doesn't allow you to change them, and a decent paralysis reducer if your enemy paralyzes 1 specific sub, and the crew HP reduction is good for activating any enrage limit break abilities you may have on your crew. A decent chain multiplier captain, although there are better options. Even with 100 RCV CCs, he would heal less than 600 HP per turn, so not really good enough to be used like Raid Eneru.
