Notes:		Pretty good: good stats (note negative RCV though), 1.75x orb boosting special, and fixed damage dealer. As a captain, he is one of those specialized mini-Whitebeards - usable in a pinch, but generally too limited in sub choices to be worth the trouble. His slotboost description ingame is one of those who are irritating. Usually theres a "greatly" in front of the boost if its a 1.75x boost. Here it implifies a 1.5x boost although it boosts by 75%.
