Captain of the Barto Club pirate group. He uses the Barrier-Barrier Fruit to generate barriers at will. This lets him form a barrier around his fist to power up his punch, in a move he copied from Luffy's Gum-Gum Pistol.

Notes:

Summary (as of March'19): Tier rank: 1.5/5 (Uh-oh). Underpowered Striker captain and a sub, and he doesn't get that much better after SE.

Captain ability: Weak (2/5). Maxes out at 2.75x. That was ok for 2016, but that's is just too weak for 2019 - there are comparable RR and even F2P units.
Special: Average (3/5). Ignoring the irreelvant minor damage from his special, it is still relatively unique. There are few other units with anti-KO special, but Barto still has the best stats out of all of them. Still, that's about all he has going for him - best stats in a very niche role.
Limit Break Below average (2/5). To add insult to injury, Barto doesn't get anything memorable (team-boosting) in his LB outside minor stat improvements.

Detailed review and other notes

Solid Striker Captain when he came out, he was overshadowed by Cat Viper: King of the Night.
Sometimes used as a Zombie captain, particularly when paired with Legend Hoshi
His super evolution is a complete upgrade so it is definitely worth it to super evolve. However, keep in mind that he changes from STR to QCK, in case you want to have a copy of STR Barto for some red teams.
