One of the leaders of the Monkey Mountain Alliance and the boss of the Masira Pirates. He runs a salvage operation in Jaya waters. His incredible lungpower allows him to dredge up sunken ships, and he is strong enough to defeat a Sea King monster with a single punch. Also known as "Salvage King Masira."
